COMPONENTS OF BITUMEN SPRAYER:

• Air compressor
• Completely insulated galvanised or stainless steel sheet built bitumen tank comes with an automatic burner that heats the bitumen at desired temperature.
• Bitumen pumping system comprises positive displacement gear pump, bitumen lines as well as valves.
• 25 H.P. air cooled two-cylinder engine.
• Foldable spray bar with standard 2.5 mtrs. width that can be extended up to 4.2 mtrs. is fitted with pneumatically operated and adjustable nozzles fitted at standard pitch of 225 mm. At 0 - 6 kg/sqm pressure, spray bar delivers bitumen. 
• Manual hand spraying attachment
• Bitumen sprayer incorporates automated and operational controls that make the equipment rugged, convenience to use and maintain. Based on the asphalt parameters requirement per unit area for a task, the automation is decided. Also, asphalt flow is automatically controlled on the basis of the speed of the truck. 
• Cleaning system to prevent clogging post use.

Achieving precise asphalt spraying is crucial for quality roadwork. This bitumen sprayer offers a spray accuracy of 1.5%, facilitated by a pneumatically-operated, multi-nozzle bar. The analog control panelequipped with manual overrideallows operators to adjust settings easily, while the adjustable brass nozzles ensure even distribution across the pavement.


Advanced Heating and Safety Systems

Equipped with a thermic oil coil heating system and an imported automatic pressure oil burner, the sprayer maintains asphalt temperatures from 80C to 200C for consistent application. Safety is paramount, with high-temperature cutoffs and overflow valves designed to prevent hazards during operation.


Durable, Efficient Construction and Mobility

Built with a heavy-duty double axle, the truck-mounted units mild steel tank and 50 mm glass wool insulation withstand demanding job site conditions. The 14 HP diesel engine powers an engine-driven rotary gear pump (capacity 500 LPM), and the cleaning system is diesel-powered and pneumatically operated, making maintenance straightforward.
